To qualify for the refund you MUST take the following steps, or your refund request will be declined.

All refund requests must be received by mail within 60 days of original purchase. No phone or email requests will be accepted. The cost of the item will be refunded via your original form of payment within 7-14 business days after we receive the unused portion of the product.
